Legislation

The Fund carries out its activities in accordance with:

Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic

Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;

Law "On Non-Commercial Organizations";

Law "On Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance";

The Fund's activities are also regulated by internal documents, including the Procedure for making payments and spending funds.
