About the Foundation
The Association of Legal Entities "Guarantee Payments Fund" is a non-governmental, non-profit organization whose primary goal is not to make a profit.
The fund was established on April 14, 2023, by insurance organizations participating in the compulsory civil liability insurance system for motor vehicle owners.
The main objective of the Fund is to form and use funds to make guarantee payments in cases established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
