Guarantee payments
A guarantee payment is a sum of money paid from the Fund’s funds in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Payments are made upon the occurrence of the following circumstances:
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS MADE?

the guilty party fled the scene of the accident and was not identified within two months;

the insurance company was liquidated by force;
The decision on payment is made by the Fund’s Supervisory Board based on the documents submitted.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT
Beneficiaries who suffered as a result of a road traffic accident have the right to receive a guarantee payment.

PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING PAYMENT

Provide a complete package of documents.

Wait for the materials to be reviewed.
The timeframes for reviewing applications are established in accordance with current legislation.
